Reactions List and Schedule List are online tools for creating publicly accessible, customizable reactions lists and schedules, respectively. Both are owned and offered by GSG Digital, a Brazilian company registered under CNPJ 44.847.552/0001-05.
The terms of use on this page govern the services offered by these tools. By accessing, registering for, or using any of their features, you declare that you have read, understood, and fully accepted the terms set forth here, as well as in our Privacy Policy.
Definitions
- “User” means any person who accesses and has or does not have an account on Reactions List and Schedule List.
- “Subscriber” means any person who has signed up for any plan on Reactions List and Schedule List.
- “Tools” and “Us” can refer to the Reactions List, Schedule List, or GSG Digital.
- “Website” or “Our websites” may refer to https://reactionslist.com or https://schedulelist.app.
Update of terms
The terms may be modified at any time by GSG Digital through the release of a new version of the website and/or tools. Changes take effect immediately, except in cases with pre-defined dates. Continuing to use the website and tools after the new terms are published will imply that you have accepted the changes.
Intellectual property
Except for third-party content and code used under their respective licenses, all other elements, texts, images, trademarks, etc. present on the website and in the tools are copyrighted by GSG Digital and protected by Brazilian and international intellectual property laws.
Copying, modifying, distributing, displaying, reverse engineering, or any other use of our intellectual property not stipulated in this agreement or expressly authorized by GSG Digital is not permitted.
Register
To use certain features and functions, users must register with the tools, providing true, complete, honest, and up-to-date information about the legitimate person who will be using them.
The user is fully responsible for accessing, using, and preserving their login credentials, as well as any other actions performed on their account.
GSG Digital reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or delete a user’s account without prior notice due to improper, suspicious, illegal, or unauthorized use, or in violation of our internal policies. Users may appeal or request further information by contacting us.
Payments
Currently, Reactions List and Schedule List have a paid plan for 1 year of use for R$ 49.90 (or equivalent converted currency) with automatic annual renewal at the end of the payment cycle.
All new subscribers have a 7-day satisfaction guarantee after their first payment to request a full refund. After the first paid subscription, no further refunds are possible.
Users can cancel their subscription at any time on their own through Hotmart or by contacting GSG Digital directly.
Delay, suspension, or cancellation of subscription payments may result in restriction, suspension, or deletion of the user’s account.
Use
The purpose of Reactions List and Schedule List is to help content creators list their items for reactions and manage their content schedules, respectively.
If the user uses the account for purposes other than those specified, their account may, using common sense, be subject to restriction, suspension, or deletion without prior notice from GSG Digital.
Security
GSG Digital employs best practices for data security and integrity, such as the use of SSL (https://) on all connections, daily backups, and antivirus scans.
In the event of any security breach, we will inform you of the incident and the affected users as soon as possible, and take appropriate measures to mitigate or resolve the issue.
Users who identify flaws, vulnerabilities, or suspicious behavior must report them immediately and confidentially to GSG Digital.
